Responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the Chinese restaurant. His/her primary responsibility is to be in charge of managing the high volume restaurant and uphold the 5-star standards of the restaurant. He/she must be able to work with the Executive Chef to create attractive menus and presentations that uphold the image and quality of the hotel. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining control measures that impact food, beverage, labour and operating costs. Job Requirements:
