Focusing on greater well-being and vitality, Nirwana spa offers extensive spa treatments to help you relax, restore and rejuvenate. We combine spiritual traditional Balinese therapies with an organic, eco-friendly Spa experience and Western techniques to enrich the mind, body and spirit.
Our treatments are designed to meet your needs. Here your health status, short and long term needs are addressed, and appropriate activities are recommended. Whether you require advice on health concerns, choose a detoxification program, want to embark on a preventative health plan, deal with Spiritual or diet issues, our Health and Wellness advisers will guide you through the appropriate services and therapy treatments.

Our Massage Oils are carefully blended from the most natural ingredients, select from the following Massage Oils to complement your treatment.

Relax your body and calm your mind with the blend of Lavender and Geranium Essential Oil.
RESTORE
Restore your energy with the blend of ginger, juniper, berry, rosemary and frangipani Essential Oil
REJUVENATE
Refresh your day with the blend of Lime and Ginger Essential Oil.
ROMANCE
A special blend to inspired romance, a mixture of Rose and Sandalwood Essential Oil.
OPERATING HOURS
Nirwana Spa is open from 9 am to 10 pm daily.
The Fitness Centre is open from 6 am to 10 pm daily.
Fitness classes are available and a personal trainer is available on request. Please enquire at Spa Reception for
schedules and outdoor activities.
RESERVATIONS
Advanced reservation is requested to secure your preferred date and time as treatments and
facilities are subject to availability. Please dial extension 7500 to make your appointment.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart condition or any medical complications are
advised to consult their physicians prior to reservation. Please inform our service staff of any medical condition
before treatment.
ADMISSION
Nirwana Spa is open to all resort guests and visitors to our resort. Priority will be given to resort guests.
CHECK IN
Please arrive at the Spa Reception area at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment time.
MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION
Please produce your membership card upon arrival for easy identification and enjoyment of member’s
privileges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you with one of our professional therapists. A minimum of 6 hours notice is kindly requested for all bookings. A 50% cancellation charge will apply.
VALUABLES
We request that no jewelry be worn during your visit to the Spa and Fitness area. The management of Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali accepts no responsibility for the safety of money and valuables of and valuables brought on to the Spa premises.
AMENITIES
Personal amenities and toiletries are provided in the changing and locker rooms.
SPA ETIQUETTE
In consideration of the comfort of all guests, please refrain from using mobile phones and other communication devices within the spa premises.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL
Smoking within the Spa area is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not advised before any Spa
treatments.
MINIMUM AGE
Children are expected to be chaperoned in the Spa and Fitness Centre.
PRIVACY
Our therapists will discreetly drape areas of your body not involved in the treatment to protect your privacy
and modesty at all times.
BALE AND IN ROOM SERVICE
A surcharge of Rp50++ applies for massage services rendered in one of our Bales.
A surcharge of Rp40++ applies for massage services rendered in guests’ rooms, suites and villas.
PAYMENT
We accept cash and major credit cards. Nirwana Spa guests may charge Spa and Fitness services and
products to their rooms.
PRICES & TAXES
All prices are subject to change at management’s discretion. Goods and services tax at prevailing rate applies.
REFUND POLICY
All treatment packages and memberships are nontransferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
