Friday, March 26th, 2010 at the Grand Ballroom, Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta held the annual appreciation night for Pan Pacific Privileges for Bookers members. "All Around The World" is the event theme for this year. The matching dress code is also applied both for the associates and also the invitees of favourite holiday costume. The annual appreciation night is designed to indulge PPPB members for their contribution through the year. The peak of the event is to give the award for the most point producer amongst the member. The given award this year is a Travelling Vouchers that can be used to travel anywhere. 

Pan Pacific Privileges for bookers is a membership club for hotel Booker - the term for someone who made a reservation for the guests in their working place, to stay at Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta.The club was founded 4 years ago and which has amounted to more than 1000 members until mid-January 2010. Anyone can be a member of the Pan Pacific Privileges for Bookers, as long as the member concerned and regularly use the hotel’s service of rooms or meeting room at the Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta. For each reservation, they earn points that can be redeemed for various prizes. Pan Pacific Privileges for bookers, a program created by the head office of Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts in , is providing more attractive benefits and applied in all Pan Pacific hotels in Asia .

In addition to annual events such as Reward Night, Pan Pacific Privileges for bookers also have the monthly event for example, Make-up classes, Cooking classes, Seminar on women's health, Yoga, Table Manner and many more which can be attended by the members free of charge.
