One of Asia-Pacific's finest and award-winning 5-star airport hotels, we are located adjacent and linked to KL International Airport.  The Hotel is connected by a covered skybridge to the Main Terminal Building which houses the Arrival & Departure Halls, and is just a 5-minute walk away. For our guests' convenience, we operate a complimentary buggy shuttle service that runs between the Airport and the Hotel. Please take note that the complimentary buggy shuttle service is ONLY available for guests arriving via KLIA's Main Terminal Building and is NOT available from the LCC Terminal.

Directions To Complimentary Buggy Pick-Up Location At Main Terminal Building Only:
As you exit the main door of the Arrival Hall at Level 3 of the Main Terminal Building, immediately keep to your right. Look out for "PAN PACIFIC HOTEL" overhead directional signages on the pillars and follow them for about 60meters. Take a left-turn (at 60meter point) and look out for "EXIT GATE No:3". Just before "Exit Gate No:3", look for an escalator on your right which goes down to Level 2. Take the escalator down and immediately ahead of you as you reach Level 2 is our buggy station. This  is the pick-up location for the complimentary buggy shuttle to the Hotel. Look for instructions on the advertising board if buggy is not available for more than 3 minutes.

Important Information For Guests Arriving By "AIRASIA":
Guests arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport via the Low Cost Carrier (LCC) Terminal should note that the LCC Terminal is 20 km from the Hotel. The Hotel provides transportation service from LCC Terminal to Hotel and vice versa via a shuttle van at a minimum charge of RM10 nett per person (one way).  Kindly note that seats are based strictly on a first come first serve basis. Click on the map (on the right) for the location of the shuttle pick-up point.
