Saturday-night Buffet Opera
On Saturday nights, enjoy the wonderful combination of exquisite Italian cuisine and live opera as we transform the Café Pacifica into a charming Italian bistro with a full Opera buffet. Spectacular harbour views and a dazzling ambience add to this delicious Vancouver dining experience.
Indulge yourself in a sumptuous array of antipasti, glorious salads, fresh fish, succulent entrees and…pasta! Our chefs will prepare your pasta just the way you like it, with a variety of ingredients to choose from, including shrimp, scallops, sundried tomatoes, ham, capers, olives and much more.
As for dessert….our dessert buffet includes treats such as tiramisu, cannoli, biscotti, lemon torta, chocolate mousse, classic crème brulée, a variety of cakes and fresh fruit salad.
