  • Whistler Cup

After the completion of its 20th year, Whistler Cup has grown to become the largest and most important ski race in North America, and internationally, for athletes aged 11 to 14 years. It is held under the auspice of FIS, the international governing body for alpine skiing, and with hundreds of young athletes from 23 countries participating, the Whistler Cup brings together children from many different cultures.   • World Ski & Snowboard Festival
  • April 12 - 21, 2013

Don't miss this legendary spring festival celebrating Whistler's mountain culture. Experience 10 days and 10 nights of winter sports, music and the arts. Featuring sport competitions, free daily outdoor concerts, after parties with internationally acclaimed DJs, fashion shows, photography and art exhibits, film screenings, theatre and of course, the best skiing and riding in the world. There's nowhere else you'll want to be.

  • Mum's Mountain Classic

Mums (and grandmums too) come together for this fun annual event on the mountains. The day includes morning coffee, race practice, a match-time race, lunch coupon and après festivities.     Get ready for a summer of riding with the annual WORCA Bike Swap, from 10 AM to 3 PM head to Whistler Olympic Plaza. A range of bikes will available for sale - new and used, cross country and downhill bikes, road and cruiser bikes, bikes for kids and bike accessories.   • Dufflebag Theatre - La Belle Et La Bete

DuffleBag Theatre returns for another fun filled and hilarious season of interactive storytelling theatre. Since 1992, “the nearly world-famous” DuffleBag Theatre has wowed audiences of all ages in theatres, festivals and schools across the country. In their refreshing adaptations of fairy tales and Shakespearean classics, audience members are invited into the show to play the main parts!

Children’s craft station will open at 5:30 PM and the show starts at 7 PM at Millennium Place. Tickets are $22.50 for general admission, $11.50 for children 12 years of age and younger, $15 for students and seniors and $17.50 for WAC members and can be purchased at Millennium Place or online. The Whistler Mountain Bike Park has something for every level of rider including gentle, banked cruisers through the forest; tight and twisty single track in the alpine; steep rock faces; gnarly, root strewn lines, and drop offs of all descriptions. It also features jump parks, three skills centres and a biker cross. Sign up for a camp, lesson or tour and get even more out of your time in the park.

As part of the Vancouver All British Field Meet on Victoria Day Weekend, this fun day gives participants the opportunity to drive one of the world’s most scenic roads, the Sea-to-Sky Highway from Vancouver to Whistler, where the cars will be displayed in the magnificent Whistler Olympic Plaza from 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM.   • 5th Annual Raise the Roof Event

Please join us for the 5th annual Raise the Roof event, a fundraiser for Whistler Adaptive Sports Program and Habitat for Humanity from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Delta Whistler Village Suites (4308 Main Street). One of the most beautiful point to point races in British Columbia. The 25km Comfortably Numb course is an internationally recognized mountain biking route, and it's even more fun to run! The race starts at Wedgemont Lake, Lower Parking Area, 8 AM - 8:45 AM. Singletrack point to point from Wedgemont Lake Parking area to Spruce Grove Park.

BC Bike Race is much more than the challenge of a ride ... it's about everything experienced along the way - spectacular scenery, fascinating culture, interesting people, and tantalizing tastes. The stages of BC Bike Race wind through nine beautiful west coast communities, each showcasing unique qualities and elements that make British Columbia a world-class destination for athletes, adventurers and visitors alike. Friends and spectators will have an opportunity to congratulate the riders on their accomplishment on July 6 as they cross the finish line at Whistler Olympic Plaza.

  • Every Wednesday and Sunday throughout the summer

The Whistler Farmers Markets are held in the beautiful Upper Village Market stroll and feature local produce from the Pemberton Valley and beyond. Wander through the open air markets and enjoy tasty artisan foods, local artists, musicians and face painting. Lots of outdoor fun with activities for families and children. Sunday Markets are held from 11 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday Markets from 3 PM to 7 PM from June 16 to October 6.
