Singapore, 24 November, 2009 - On the heels of our twin wins at the 2009 World Travel Awards by Pan Pacific Singapore and Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts has also come in tops in the just-announced results for the Q3 2009 Hospitality Index by Market Metrix.
Once again garnering top scores in customer satisfaction as measured by the extensive quarterly survey, we beat out leading hotel brands such as Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton in the luxury segment – reaffirming that our brand continues to resonate strongly with guests and customers.
As you may recall, we also came in tops in the index in the previous quarter and before that, were overall winner in the segment for 2008. The Market Metrix Hospitality Index is the most in-depth measure of customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry and is based on 35,000 customer surveys conducted each quarter.
