The newly opened Pan Pacific Perth has introduced a much loved tradition to the five star hotel – contemporary high tea, served every Sunday afternoon amid the elegant surrounds of their signature restaurant, Origins.
Guests can enjoy a culinary journey with innovative sweet and savoury delights served on a traditional three-tiered stand. Taking the high tea experience to new heights, Origins' award winning chef has also introduced elements of his Winter menu, allowing guests a sneak peek at the restaurants exquisite dishes.
Offering a twist on the traditional, guests can expect delicious bites including;
• Butternut pumpkin soup, laced with coconut foam
• Warm smoked scallop, crushed pea, pork crackling
• Duck confit pithivier, spiced cabbage
• Smoked salmon & cucumber mini bagels
• Roasted vegetable & goat’s cheese finger sandwiches
• Spinach & cumquat tart
• WA king prawns, dipping sauce
• Warm scones, jam, cream
• Carrot cake
• Tiramisu
• Sable chocolate & orange cake
• Lemon verbena tart
Twining loose leaf tea and espresso coffee are served throughout the afternoon.

Pan Pacific Perth at only AU$39 per person.
