Pan Pacific Manila welcomes new Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager

Windsor Legaspi brings his 20 years of culinary expertise to the hotel. Prior to joining Pan Pacific as Executive Chef, he held the same position at Hotel Kusakabe Armeria in Japan for two years and was responsible for implementing live cooking and open kitchen dining experience.
He has worked with various hotels in Manila such as the Peninsula Manila, Makati Shangri-la, Renaissance Makati, Richmonde and Hyatt Hotel and Casino. He also was part of Una Mas Restaurant, a fine dining Spanish Restaurant in Makati and the luxury cruise line, Seabourn.
As the new Executive Chef of Pan Pacific Manila, his tasks include monitoring, overseeing, directing and evaluating the kitchen operations. When asked about his immediate plans, he replied “To introduce new menus and to develop a new dining concept”.
Another addition to the team is the new Food & Beverage Manager, Victoriano Lacap. A veteran, with more than 25 years of hotel industry experience, he has held various executive and managerial positions from reputable hotels in China and in the Philippines.
He was part of the pre-opening team of the Peninsula Hotel, Beijing (Palace Hotel), China World Hotel Shangri-la Beijing and Makati Shangri-la. His vast experience includes F&B Skills Training, Conceptualization and development of F&B promotions and Banquet Operations.
“My goal is to implement new F&B concepts and develop exciting and profitable promotions to increase and strengthen our market share. With the panoramic view and the impeccable architecture and design of the Pacific Lounge, plus the new F&B offers, our team of Butlers is positive that this can be achieved” Vic Lacap said.
