10 years of genuine care, with a touch of flair! This is what the Butlers together with its top accounts, guests, partners and friends shared the night of April 25 over a cocktail reception.
Held at the hotel’s Pacific Lounge, the program kicked off with the opening remarks from General Manager, Richard Masselin. He shared, “Our hotel (actually, we like to call it our “home”) opened its door April 21st 1998. We proudly introduced at that time, a full Butler service concept. Pan Pacific Manila was and today still is, the first and only luxury hotel featuring a full Butler concept in Asia . Since our opening, our Butlers have mastered the fine art of rendering impeccable service by anticipating the needs of every guest. Our Butlers have made a difference, the significant difference in the passion and caring given to each guest crossing our doors”.
Hosted by Johnny Litton, guests were treated to sumptuous buffet, beautiful music by the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra and world-class performer Jon Joven.
Among the many raffle prizes given were premium gift packs from Crabtree & Evelyn, gift certificates for a stay at Mandala Spa & Villas Boracay, roundtrip tickets to Cebu via Philippine Airlines, 10 dinner gift certificates for two at the Pacific Lounge, 10 gift certificates for stay at Pan Pacific Manila with breakfast for two and gift certificates for stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Yokohama and Seattle.
The celebration was even made more meaningful with the contract singing for the partnership of Pan Pacific Manila with Operation Smile. “The hotel’s theme this year is the sense of touch and our mission with Operation Smile will help us touch lives as we undertake projects to help operate at least 30 children with facial deformities”. Richard Bascos, Director of Sales said.
Also present that night was Chairman Benito and Elena Cu Uy Gam of owning company, Adriatico Consortium, Inc., its Executive Vice President Henry Lieuson with wife Miriam.
A night of celebrating people with people. People who have placed trust, confidence and loyalty in the Pan Pacific Manila brand. The brand that is, “The Butler, of course!”
