Job Description:

Responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the Chinese restaurant. His/her primary responsibility is to be in charge of managing the high volume restaurant and uphold the 5-star standards of the restaurant. He/she must be able to work with the Executive Chef to create attractive menus and presentations that uphold the image and quality of the hotel. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining control measures that impact food, beverage, labour and operating costs.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in a five star international hotel chain
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills with excellent leadership and organization abilities
  • Should be highly motivated and have good organisational skills
  • Must be able to work under high pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Must have strong background in Food and Beverage operations
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality, and enjoys itneracting with guests
  • Should be extremely diligent on matters concerning food hygiene and basic sanitation
