Ensures that only the highest quality and standard of food items is prepared at all times. Assists Chefs in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of food.

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or at least 2 years college level education is preferred
• At least 1-2 years related work experience especially in the preparation of sandwiches, salads, steamed and grilled food, other hot dishes.
• Creative in food preparation and presentation
• Knowledge of HACCP is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Japanese or Arabic Cuisine is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
