Job Description:

Shall be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, coffee shop and banquet operations.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related course
  • At least 10 years related work experience, at least 2 years of which in an Assistant Manager/ Manager level
  • Experience in a busy restaurant and/ or catering/ banquet operations a must
  • Must be familiar with Micros system; Opera an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership
  • Able to conduct training
  • Creative, can develop restaurant promotions
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
