The Return of the Master Butler!

Four years since his last visit, Wayne returns to Manila to continue the Butler Education, the courses will help re-define Service Excellence, demeanour, and people skills and will help re-develop and evolve Pan Pacific standards and services according to the changing needs of each unique guest. Wayne teaches advanced modules on guest communication etiquette; deportment and fun methods to ensure many intangible service aspects are covered.
We recently completed our room renovation project and the return of Master Butler Fitzharris gives us the timely opportunity to refresh our Butler concept and service. The Butlers of Pan Pacific Manila are thrilled with the one week tailored program. Wayne Fitzharris’ reputation is synonymous with service excellence and his visit will definitely bring our Butler service to new heights”. The training will teach the Pan Pacific Butlers to be free thinking and will learn essential entrepreneurial skills to help create a more inspired and free thinking butler ensuring a better delivery of services.

The overall goal of the Butler Education will be to ensure guests are always treated like they are our first guest and service will never be like any other, since every guest deserves a unique experience.
Wayne will ensure he builds on his last Pan Pacific Manila course in 2007. He intends to develop key leaders to carry his work after he has returned back to London and he will allow the Butlers to squeeze every last drop of Butler knowledge from him to ensure that Pan Pacific Manila remains uniquely special.
This time, he will pass on the baton.
