Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have to assist guests or SPA clients in making treatments appointments and assist with their queries. Welcome and greet all guests and clients in a friendly and cheerful manner as He/She will be the first contact point when the guest enter or call teh SPA.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience would be an advantage but not  necessary as training will be provided
  • Able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service.
