Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have to be responsible for ensuring all communication relating to the hotel either external and internal are speedily and efficiently expediated in accordance with the specified standards.

Be the voice of the hotel when attending to calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary education
  • Must be able to perform shift duties
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literate (with knowledge of MS Words and Excel)
  • Possess a pleasant and friendly personality with good communication skills 
  • High customer service focus with a strong team playing skills
  • Act with utmost integrity.
