Grilling is by far the best way to appreciate the unique flavours of these meats, therefore, 10 at Claymore’s premium cuts are grilled to the required doneness on a Lava Rock char-broiler and served with a choice of classic sauces, including Bearnaise, mushroom, red wine and veal jus.
A detailed meat menu highlighting the cut, grade and weight will be presented for perusal.
Plates of Pleasure (buffet)
In addition to the usual hotel buffet showcase on chafing dishes and live stations, 10 at Claymore has also introduced ‘Plates of Pleasure’, offering 5 to 6 choices of seasonal specialties. Guests are entitled to unlimited servings of these signature dishes. Place your order and delectable offerings will arrive from the hot kitchen, in nicely plated tasting-size portions served à la minute. The popular ‘Plates of Pleasure’ menu is available during dinner daily and brunch on Sunday.
