Checking In / Checking Out

Pan Pacific Serviced Suites check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time at 12 noon unless otherwise requested.

Earlier check-in or extended check-out time must be requested and are subject to availability and is chargeable.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates quoted are subject to Prevailing Goods and Service Tax.
• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
• Daily rate will be applicable for stay of less than 1 month.
• Full Advanced Rental and Security Deposit are required prior to check-in.
• Booking fee of $1,000.00 is required for personal booking.
• Pre-Termination of stay is not allowed.

Estimated travel time from the airport to Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard, Singapore is approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic and weather conditions. Please check with your car rental agencies before leaving the airport regarding Electronic Road Pricing (ERP), required along major roads leading to the Central Business District at specific times.

From Singapore Changi International Airport

• Take East Coast Parkway (ECP) towards Singapore and Jurong.
• Exit at Rochor Road on the left. 
• Turn left to Beach Road towards an ERP gantry
• Turn left onto Middle Road followed by a left turn to Victoria Street
• Travel 300m before turning right to Stamford Road
• Continue onto Fort Canning Tunnel and drive towards Penang Road
• Continue onto Somerset Road
