Pan Pacific Singapore Appoints Hotel Manager

Pan Pacific Singapore has appointed Thivagaran Desavan as Hotel Manager with immediate effect.
Mr. Desavan started his career with the Fairmont Singapore hotel as Front Office Manager and was subsequently promoted to Director of Rooms. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit , Mr. Devasan moved on to Hotel 1929 and the iconic New Majestic Hotel in 2005, being involved and managing the pre-opening and brand establishment of these Singapore’s first of a kind boutique hotels.
Garnering his experience, he joined Alila Hotels and Resorts in 2007, as the General Manager for Alila Jakarta, establishing an excellent track record for the hotel’s performance. Most recently Mr. Desavan served as the General Manager of Alila Cha-Am, a boutique resort in southern Thailand, prior to joining Pan Pacific Singapore.
A motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, Mr. Desavan will support Mr. Scott Swank, General Manager, in driving the success of the Hotel.
