Job Description:

Responsibilities include providing confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Assistant Manager, performing a wide variety of administrative support services, ranging from complex to routine, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the Executive Office. 

The incumbent will need to understand of protocol, discretion and professionalism, is able to accept and assume responsibility, and has the ability to interpret and make decisions in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Recognized education and/or have gained 3 years of administrative or operational experience in hotel industry.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills.
  • Intense attention to details and superlative communication skills both oral and written.
  • Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office Suite, Fidelio, Opera & Respak will be an added advantage
  • Experienced in managing diverse relationships, i.e.  Management Company, Hotel Owners and local regulatory authorities as well as local communities
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
  • Strong self-motivational skills and the ability to plan and organize to handle high volume workload with multiple priorities and to use time efficiently.
