Job Description:

Responsibilities include include assisting and working closely with the Sous Chef for the preparation of all the dishes, and/or pastry for a variety of ala carte, set and buffet menus at the western kitchen and production of food to the various finishing kitchen.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exhibits strong leadership skills with strong supervisory skills and the ability to work with a team of associates.
  • Certified in Food Handling.
