Responsibilities include assisting guests with their reservations and enquiries. The incumbent will handle all credit or cash transactions in the restaurant. He/she must develop and maintain the highest standards of quality in the presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage services in the outlet.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in F&B
• Good communication skills with the ability to converse in English
• Customer oriented, pleasant disposition with an outgoing personality.
• Proven record in delivering operating results in high volume F&B operations in four/five star hotels/restaurants.
• IT competent
