Pacific Singapore’s award-winning Hai Tien Lo epitomises traditional Cantonese dining with a contemporary twist. Delight in a 6-course vegetarian set menu featuring highlights such as Vegetarian Double-boiled Imperial Swiftlet’s Nest with Bamboo Piths, Braised Vegetarian Abalone Wedges with Pine Mushrooms and Seasonal Vegetables, and Double-boiled Cream of Almond with Glutinous Rice Dumpling.
