In keeping with the tradition of not consuming meat on Vesak Day, Pan Pacific Singapore will be offering a delectable variety of vegetarian menus at our award- winning restaurants.

Pacific Singapore’s award-winning Hai Tien Lo epitomises traditional Cantonese dining with a contemporary twist. Delight in a 6-course vegetarian set menu featuring highlights such as Vegetarian Double-boiled Imperial Swiftlet’s Nest with Bamboo Piths, Braised Vegetarian Abalone Wedges with Pine Mushrooms and Seasonal Vegetables, and Double-boiled Cream of Almond with Glutinous Rice Dumpling.

Masterchef Ishii has put together an indulgent Japanese vegetarian fine dining meal at Keyaki this Vesak Day.

Highlights include Simmered Wild Mountain Vegetables with Nameko Mushrooms and Barley Miso, Rice Dumpling stuffed with Seaweed Miso, and Grilled Apple with Sesame Sauce, Vegetarian Abalone, Radish, Carrot and Shitake Mushrooms.
